CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY (Aligned with Polisi Tempahan – CustoBinet Furniture)
Cancellation Policy
- Orders are custom-made based on customer specifications. Therefore, cancellation after confirmation and deposit payment is strictly not permitted.
- If the customer cancels the order after the 50% deposit payment, the deposit will not be refunded, as materials and components have already been ordered or processed specifically for the customer’s order.
- No refunds or cancellations due to change of mind or personal reasons will be entertained after deposit confirmation.
- In case of cancellation, only items already purchased or processed will be delivered to the customer as proof of purchase.
Return and Amendment Policy
Orders are non-returnable due to their custom-made nature. However, amendments will be considered under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect Orders: Items differ in specifications, sizes, or colors clearly specified in the confirmed order and 3D designs.
- Damaged Items: Items received with visible defects or damage caused during manufacturing or transportation.
- Amendments must be reported within 7 working days upon receipt, accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice number and receipt).
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges related to returns.
Returns and refund are not accepted. Purchases made through other retailers are subject to those retailers’ return and refund policies.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be processed if we agreed to it. Once approved, refunds will be credited according to the original payment method:
- Online Bank Transfer: Refund within 14 working days.
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refund processing subject to card issuer’s timeframe; customers must contact their banks directly for further details.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
- Items out of stock: Please contact hello@custobinet.com for assistance.
- Goods are shipped only to verified addresses provided at the time of purchase. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Re-delivery charges due to incorrect addresses or failed initial delivery attempts will be borne by the customer.
